At nutrihub.ca, we are dedicated to providing high-quality wellness products. While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for products purchased through our online store.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns under specific conditions.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
Item(s) are in original condition
Unused, unassembled, and undamaged
In original packaging with all accessories and manuals (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@nutrihub.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following, unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
Used, installed, or assembled products
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
Custom-built or specially ordered products
Opened products or items with missing parts/accessories
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will investigate the issue and provide a prompt resolution, including a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
