How To Prepare Max Titanium’s Whey Protein Powder

Step 1: Measure 2 Scoops of Max Titanium’s Whey Protein Powder (about 40g)

Step 2: Pour the Scoops in 5FL OZ of cold water, milk or another beverage of your preference

Step 3: Shake or Blend until completely dissolved, drink and enjoy!

OATMEAL AND WHEY PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients: ✔️ 1 egg ✔️ 2 tablespoons of oat flour or rolled oats ✔️ 1 Scoop of Max Titanium Top Whey 3W Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla flavor)✔️1 tablespoon of natural sweetener

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mix in a non-stick frying pan before turning on the stove.
  2. Turn on the stove at a low temperature and let the pancake cook slowly.
  3. When the dough sets, release the sides gently so as not to break the pancake and flip it. Brown the other side and serve. You can add 1 mashed ripe banana to the dough and cinnamon to taste to make a version of oat and Whey Protein pancake with banana. Enjoy!

PROTEIN LEMONADE

Ingredients: ✔️ 30g of Max Titanium Top Whey 3W Protein Powder (Fresh Lemon flavor) ✔️ 200ml Skim Milk ✔️ Ice ✔️ Sweetener to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the lemon into quarters and remove the white part so it doesn't taste bitter.
  2. Put the milk, lemon, ice, sweetener and Whey in a blender and blend until creamy.
  3. Add more ice to the glass and strain the drink to remove excess pulp and lemon zest. Serve immediately and enjoy!

WHEY PROTEIN AND PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients: ✔️ 1 cup of Peanut Butter ✔️ ½ cup of Cooking Sweetener ✔️ 2 Scoops of Max Titanium Top Whey 3W Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate flavor) ✔️ 1 Egg ✔️ 2 tablespoons of chopped zero sugar chocolate (optional) ✔️ Oat flour if needed

Directions:
