Our single-serves are 12 oz. bottles and equal 1.5 times the normal serving size of our liquid egg whites. A single bottle gives you 38 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat. Single-serve bottles can be kept frozen for up to a year. After thawing they need to be stored in the fridge where we recommend using within 21 days (unopened) and within 3 days after opening.
