Each serving contains 250 calories of complex and simple carbs that are optimized for rapid absorption and energy accessibility. Key electrolytes, including 320mg of Sodium, help maintain hydration. Roctane Ultra Endurance drink contains beta-alanine which supplements dietary beta-alanine to improve muscle buffering during intense efforts, and branched-chain amino acids, which are shown to serve as an additional fuel source (when taken with carbohydrates), reduce muscle damage, enhance recovery, and delay fatigue. Select flavors contain 35mg of caffeine, which increases focus and Concentration, and decreases perceived effort.
