**Eligibility Window:** Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- **Condition of Returns:** Items must be in their original, unopened condition, with all packaging and seals intact.
- **Proof of Purchase:** A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Opened or used products, "Final Sale" items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
- **Return Process:**
1. Contact support@nutricity.ca to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Pack the item securely and include any forms provided by our customer service team.
3. Ship the item back to Nutricity.ca, following the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- **Refund Processing:** Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the return and are credited back to the original method of payment.
- **Exchange Policy:** Defective or damaged items may be eligible for an exchange for the same item.
- **Shipping Costs for Returns:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
